Terms of Service and Conditions
1. Scope of Service: Pure Cleaning commits to providing professional cleaning services according to the specified address and property size.
2. Booking and Cancellation: Requests for cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time. Otherwise, a cancellation fee may apply.
3. Valuables: The customer is responsible for securing valuable items (jewelry, cash, etc.) before the cleaning begins. Our company is not liable for lost or damaged personal belongings.
4. Payment Terms: Payments must be made in cash or via accepted methods to the company representative/staff upon completion of the service.
5. Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for the safety of pets and ensuring a suitable environment for the cleaning staff to work safely.
